1. Design Consultation: We’ll kickstart the whole process with a design consultation. We’ll come out to meet with you on site, measure up and listen to your ideas, needs and requirement.
2. Visuals and Quote: We’ll then send you some visuals of our ideas along with a quote.
3. Contract: Once you’re completely happy with the design and price, we’ll send you a contract that lays out all the specifics including size, materials, electrical fittings and finishes.
4. Pre-build: We get to work in our Bangor warehouse, building the different components that will make up your garden room. We keep in touch with you throughout this whole process and even send pictures to get you excited.
5. Delivery and Installation: On the agreed start date we’ll start building your dream garden room on site. This takes roughly two weeks. At this stage a 35% payment is required.
6: Completion: On completion of the project, we’ll take you on a final walk around of your brand new garden room and make sure you’re completely happy with everything. The final lump sum payment will then be made.

Each project is different but on average we will spend around 3-4 weeks pre-building your garden room in our Bangor warehouse. The we’ll spend roughly 2 weeks installing it on site.
The usual wait time is 3 – 4 weeks. This accounts for sourcing materials locally in Northern Ireland and pre-construction in our Bangor workshop.
Our Garden Rooms come with a 1-year warranty. Some components, like uPVC doors and windows, have their own manufacturer’s warranty. We also offer a maintenance service that can extend the warranty by an additional year.
Yes, they are. We use 100mm rockwool insulation in the walls and 25mm in the floor.
