Terms and Conditions: Special Offer
Offer Period
This special offer is valid from 9th December 2024 to 31st December 2024.
Customers can reserve their product during this time by paying 10% of the product price as a deposit.
Eligible Products and Prices
The following products are included in the offer:
HOP 8×8: £5000
HOP 10×8: £6500
HOP 12×8: £8500
Octagon Meeting Pod: £2500
Cube Meeting Pod: £1900
Payment Terms
To take advantage of this offer, the customer must reserve their product by paying a 10% deposit between 10th December 2024 and 31st December 2024.
The remaining balance must be paid as follows:
50% of the product price is due between 1st January 2025 and 31st January 2025.
The final 40% balance is payable after delivery and completion of labour.
Delivery and Labour
Once the 50% payment is received, the product will be delivered within 3-4 weeks, and installation labour will be provided as part of the service.
After installation is completed, the customer must pay the remaining 40% of the balance.
Missed Payment Options
If the customer fails to pay the 50% balance by 31st January 2025, they may still pay the full remaining balance (90%) between 1st February 2025 and 28th February 2025.
Delivery and labour will again be provided within 3-4 weeks of full payment.
All payment options and deadlines will end at 23:59 on 28th February 2025.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
The 10% deposit is refundable only if the customer cancels their reservation before 31st December 2024.
From 1st January 2025, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
To request a refund, the customer must submit an email lucas@gardensolutions4u.com request, including a copy of the agreement and the invoice number issued at the time of order placement.
If the customer fails to pay the full balance by 28th February 2025, the 10% deposit will be forfeited, and no refund will be provided.
Non-Payment After Installation
If the customer fails to pay the remaining balance within 10 working days after installation is completed, the company reserves the right to initiate legal action to recover the owed amount.

This offer is subject to product availability.
Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, but efforts will be made to adhere to the 3–4-week period.
